Exercise and Sport Psychology Research Laboratory (ESPAL)

This lab is located within the Faculty of Sport Sciences, Sakarya University of Applied Sciences. The members of this group conduct scientific research in the field of exercise and sports psychology. Our research group consists of hard working, experienced and dynamic individuals. Acting in line with scientific ethical principles, our group members conduct their research in the light of the most up-to-date scientific information from exercise and sports psychology field. Our members focus on scientific researches and practices for various individuals in the field of exercise and sports such as athletes, sport coaches, athletes' parents, exercise participants, exercise specialists, sport spectators and referees etc.
