Prof. Dr. Hakan Kolayiş
He completed his undergraduate education at Hacettepe University, School of Sport Sciences and Technology in 2000 with first place. He completed his postgraduate education at Kocaeli University, Institute of Health Sciences. Kolayiş, who started working as a research assistant in 2000, assistant professor in 2005, associate professor in 2014, has been working as a professor at Sakarya University of Applied Sciences, Faculty of Sport Sciences, Department of Sports Management since 2019. He carries out his scientific studies in the fields of exercise and sports psychology. He has participated in many national and international congresses in the field of sports sciences and has many scientific activities. He has a good level of English. He also works as a psychological performance consultant at the level of national teams and various top sports clubs.

prof. Dr. Ihsan Sarı
Ihsan SARI obtained his Bachelor degree with a distinction honor form Physical Education and Sports Department, Sakarya University in 2007. During one semester of his undergraduate education, he studied at Katholieke Highschool Zuid-West-Vlaanderen in Belgium. After completing his MSc degree at Kingston University, London where he focused on sport psychology, he returned back to Turkey in 2010. In the same year, he started to work as a lecturer at Sakarya University. He obtained his PhD from Kocaeli Univerity focusing on psychologal aspects of sports in 2014. Dr. Ihsan then carried out his scientific research at Faculty of Sport Sciences, University of Porto for a three months perion in 2015. He is currently working as a lecturer at Sakarya University of Applied Sciences, Faculty of Sport Sciences. He published more than 150 scientific research papers in national / international journals along with his presentations at scientific congresses. His publications have been cited about 400 times by other scholars. Dr. Sarı has also taken part in international scientific congresses in the field of sports psychology as an invited speaker . He speaks English along with some Spanish.

Asst. Prof. Dr. Nurullah Çelik
He completed his undergraduate education in Uludag University, Faculty of Education, Physical Education and Sports Teaching Department in 2010 in the first place. In the last year of his undergraduate education, he studied at Politechnika Opolska University in Opole, Poland for six months under the Erasmus program. During this period he received Polish language education. Then, in 2010-2011, he worked as a Physical Education teacher in various secondary schools affiliated to the Ministry of National Education. In 2011, he started his master education in Sakarya University, Institute of Educational Sciences, Physical Education and Sports Teaching department. Çelik, who started to work as a research assistant at Sakarya University in 2012, completed his PhD at the same university between 2013-2018. In 2020, he was appointed to Physical Education and Sports Teaching Department as an assistant professor. He has been continuing his scientific studies in the fields of exercise and sports psychology since his doctorate education. He has been still working as an assistant professor at Sakarya University of Applied Sciences, Faculty of Sport Sciences. He has participated in many international congresses in the field of sports sciences and has over 40 scientific activities. He is fluent in English and has a beginner level of Polish and Spanish knowledge.

Specialist Clinical Psychologist Enes Cem Engin
Enes Cem Engin graduated from Okan University, Department of Psychology in 2013. He successfully completed his master's degree in Üsküdar University Clinical Psychology Department in 2015 and earned the title of Specialist Clinical Psychologist. After graduation, he worked as a responsible manager / psychologist in a private nursery for a while. In 2017, he worked at the psychotherapy / consultancy services of the Guidance and Counseling Center as a reserve officer / second lieutenant during his military service. He received WISC-R test and MMPI scale training from the Turkish Psychological Association. He completed his undergraduate education internship at the Psychiatry Service of Sakarya University Training and Research Hospital and completed her internship at NPIstanbul Brain Hospital within the scope of his graduate education. He then started focusing on Sports Psychology area and completed the Applied Exercise and Sport Psychology Training (Mentoring) organised by the Exercise and Sports Psychology Association in May 2018. He also completed the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Theoretical Training organized by the Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy Association. He has been working as a sports psychologist at the Olympic Preparation Center/Sakarya Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports. He also currently continues his doctorate education at Sakarya University of Applied Sciences, Graduate Education Institute, Department of Coaching Education under supervision of Dr. Ihsan Sari. Engin is a member of the Exercise and Sport Psychology unit of the Turkish Psychological Association and he has a good command of English.

Muharrem Aydın
After graduating from the Department of Physical Education and Sports Teaching at Marmara University in 2009, she started to work as a physical education teacher in the Ministry of Education in 2010. He also coached swimming and basketball branches within GSGM and different private clubs. Aydın, who is still working as a physical education within the Ministry of National Education, continues his master's education in the Department of Coaching Education at Sakarya University of Applied Sciences. He has a good command of English.
